These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. We recommend that you print and keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.

Orders

Orders may be made online or by phone/fax, e-mail. If you wish to discuss any aspect of your order we will do our best to help. If you wish to pay by cheque please allow an extra 5 working days for clearance of cheque before goods will be despatched. Orders from outside the UK please contact us.

Order Process

Up to the point you click the Submit Order button you will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order.

After you submit your order you will be given an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. We will send the same details to you in an email (email number 1). A second email will be sent to you when we start to process your order. Please note that these emails are acknowledgements, not acceptance of your order.

Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when we send you a third email, which will confirm your order and contain details of how we will deliver the products to you. Alternatively, all or part of your order may be declined for any reason, in which case our third email will tell you so.

When deciding whether or not to accept your order, we may use certain information about you, including that received from credit reference agency checks with Protx Ltd or other agencies. To help protect you and us against fraudulent transactions, we may pass your details to Protx for them to check against public and/or private databases. A record may kept by Experian and used in future security checks.

If for any reason your payment details cannot be authorised, we will tell you and may invite you to pay by another method.

Price and Payment

All prices on this site are in UK pounds (GBP £) and include VAT payable at the current rate. Orders outside the UK may be subject to an additional charge/exchange rates. Delivery charges are excluded in quoted prices (see ‘Delivery’ below for details).

The total cost of your order will made up of the price of the products, plus applicable delivery charge. All this will be shown in your Shopping Basket before you submit the order.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before but not after we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we will tell you and may offer you an alternative.

We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.

We accept payment by PayPal and payment is deducted when your order is processed.

Delivery

Delivery must be to an address in the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands and, for some larger items, the Isle of Man and the Scottish islands). Orders from these areas or other countries please contact us by e-mail or phone for delivery details and costs.

All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and small enough to be put through a letterbox). Please make sure to keep the receipt enclosed with the goods. By prior arrangement we can deliver with a signature left for the carrier in an appointed place. Please contact us.

Delivery Charges

We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible.

  • Our charges are listed as you proceed to checkout, just check the radio button to choose your delivery option.
  • You only pay one delivery charge, irrespective of the number of products ordered.
  • You will always be able to see all applicable charges before submitting your order.

How We Deliver

Most products are delivered either by courier or by post, depending on size and value.

  • If your product is normally delivered by courier, for a small extra charge the option of a premium delivery service may be given during the ordering process.
  • Large products are generally delivered by courier. We will notify you which delivery method will used in the third email.
  • Occasionally products in the same order may be delivered separately. 

Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated in “working days” – Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

  • For orders placed after 15:00, please calculate your delivery time starting with the following working day, this includes next day service.
  • Standard postal and courier deliveries should arrive within 3-5 working days. To be safe, please allow a little extra during busy periods.
  • All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call. By prior arrangement it is possible to leave signed instructions for the delivery company to leave the parcel in an appointed place. Please contact us.
  • Important: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you do not receive all your products, please email us at or telephone 01584 879 959. Unless the Company receives from the customer written notice of a claim for wrong delivery or damage to, or loss of, goods, within 10 days of expected delivery then the lack of such written notice shall be conclusively deemed to show acceptance of goods as being delivered fully, in accordance with the delivery note.

  • If your products arrive damaged or faulty, please follow the instructions in the delivery documents.
  • In the unlikely event that the goods are not available we will do everything we can to get the product as quickly as possible and will keep you notified by email or telephone. 

Cancellation

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 days after delivery by:

  • returning the product, unopened and in pristine condition, please enclose your receipt
  • following the ‘Returns’ instructions in your delivery documentation
  • emailing us at

  • We cannot cancel your purchase when the goods were to your specific specifications.

The goods must be complete, unused and in ‘as new’ condition – if you have opened the box/ packaging to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product.

Goods should be returned with the original box, packing and all accessories. Any ‘Free Gifts’ received with the product must also be returned.

You will receive a full refund within 30 days of notification to cancel and the cancellation is free of charge provided you return the goods to us. You must pay the postage or courier charges for returning the goods to us.

Exchange of Clothing

We have provided a sizing chart for your use and strongly recommend you check this before ordering. In the case of clothing still being the wrong size, such goods must be returned unworn and in pristine condition in original packaging, within 10 days of delivery at the purchaser’s cost.

We will send you, at no extra postage/carriage cost, the size you require by return, providing we have the item in stock. In the event of clothing being returned after 10 days a postage and handling cost applicable to the garment will be charged.

Return of Faulty Goods

The following are guidelines for all goods ordered for delivery. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.

Some of our goods carry a manufacturer’s guarantee. In these circumstances the manufacturer’ guarantee will apply. If there is a fault (or other defect), with your product within 3 months of delivery we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange or refund. We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:

  • in ‘as-new’ condition
  • complete with any accessories and any free gifts offered with it (and, if at all possible, the original box and packaging)

The Company will do its best to supply goods and services at the price agreed but the company reserves the right to increase its prices to take proper account of fluctuation in exchange rates, increases in costs of materials or factors which are not under the Company’s control.
 
The Company shall be entitled to add the reasonable cost of carriage where it delivers goods and the cost of travel when services are rendered.
